Meeting Ticket Refunds
We offer full refunds for meeting tickets purchased if an RSVP is cancelled prior to noon on the day before, usually Monday, the corresponding scheduled meeting, usually held on Tuesday. Once notified of the cancellation, we will process a paper check for the full refund amount and mail it to an address provided by the member.
This applies only to monthly meeting ticket purchases. Members that have purchased an annual membership including all meetings are not eligible for individual meeting ticket refunds.
Membership Dues Refund
Membership dues purchases are not generally eligible for refunds. We do offer refunds of overpayment of dues if a member pays a higher membership due amount than required or if the member accidentally pays dues twice for the same year. Once we are notified, we will process a paper check for the refund amount and mail it to an address provided by the member.
