Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are often viewed as legal obligations.  The truth is, a fully developed DEI strategy permeates through all aspects of business and serves as competitive advantage.  Not as an obligation, but an opportunity to embrace, enlighten, and engage.  The Power of Collective Imagination addresses four key areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  In this session we also cover a number of resources that have proven to be useful in creating or validating strategic DEI efforts.
